Why Norton Antivirus so far ?
I purchased norton 360 and installed it on a computer and when it was finnished taking viruses off the computer boots and then logs off right away to the welcome screen.On subsequent attempts to log back on it keeps logging back off.I cannot get to the desktop. i THEN MADE THE MISTAKE OF CONVERSING WITH THEIR TECHS. I THINK I KNOW MORE THAN THEY DO.i WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT HELP ME.I was not sold on their products anyway from a previous use.
If anyone has any ideas about what I can do please let me know.I am stupid when it comes to computers.
